Just ordered a number one with poutine, two royal blizzards, & two cheese burgers, bill came to over $30 and when we got home in cobble hill we realized my gf’s burger (#1) was not in the bag, we would’ve checked but there was an insane line of vehicles and didn’t want to hold up the line even more, kind of sucks when you have to look through everything in the bag to make sure it is all there. Now she’s all upset and I have to deal with it, thanks DQ

We had part of our daughter's birthday celebrations at Duncan DQ. The team went above and beyond, served us 10 meals that were hot and all correct, they decorated the cake (on the spot) and served it with candles and all staff joined in singing HBD. Overall an amazing experience by the whole crew. Thank you. Will definitely recommend and be back.

Great place for family and kids! Delicious, fresh and hot food served at the table by happy smiling servers is really appreciated. We enjoyed our Ice cream even more as they made it specific to our request.

1. Called into the store to see if times were correct on line. The guy said lobby was open until 1 and drive thru was open until 11... he had the times backwards. The lady was rude when we walked into the lobby telling us we had to leave they will not serve us. Go thru drive thru. We ordered a double dipped cone got a single dipped we sent it back. Asked for a banana split with pecans and cherries got none of it and when we asked for it to be put on the side she closed the window and walked away not to come back with our paid missing product.

Love how they bring food to your table and it's hot not like McDonald's cold to warm limp Fry's and had real straws not paper ones that go soggy and remind me of paper spit balls in
If I wrote a dystopian short story set in a jail, where the meat served was lacking in flavour and full of partially ground bones, I would recall my experience of eating a hamburger from this restaurant.
