There is really not a single negative thing that can be said here. The Staff are all very friendly and accomidating, the food s top notch for fast food, great daily deals, always quiet inaide the restaraunt. My favourote place to grab a Chicken

Where to begin?Dining room was closed at 5:30pm, with at least 5 staff members inside.We got a box of chicken for take-out and when we got it home we were surprised by our first bite. It looked good, nice colour and not too greasy. Unfortunately, we were tuned off by the cigarette ash in the coating. Seriously, the whole box smelled like an ashtray. No word of a lie!We called the store and this was where the fun really began! As my wife was telling them about our experience, the person on the phone lit the gaslight. Excuses were flowing and the attitude was rising. A "manager" was put on the phone and they didn't not even give their name, just more excuses and attitude.My wife also received a call the following morning, again with excuses and gaslighting. You can imagine how we feel by this point.Thanks for the credit Lee. We will be back when Duncan has run out of all other food.

i was here today and the order i received wasn’t what i wanted which is totally fine so i went inside to get it fixed. Sam, at the counter was the most monotone person i have ever met considering she works in customer service. she didn’t apologize once, instead just stared at me like i was an alien. then once i said thank you and was about to leave she again, didn’t even look at me or say your welcome or bye. by far the rudest person i have met and no skills to work with people whatsoever. she should not be working there, or anywhere with people for that matter. someone needs to go over how to smile and have basic manners with her.

Just terrible. In a 20 piece meal there were 9 wings, 4 miniature drumsticks, 4 back attached two bite whatever's and 3 of the teeniest breast pieces I've ever seen. What an absolute rip off. Chicken tasted old and was dried out and lukewarm. Shorted an extra box of fries that I paid for, staff not on the ball at all. We WERE frequent customers but last two times food quality sucked. Don't know what has happened - used to be good but won't be back here ever again. Total waste of $90. Suggest you give this place a hard miss
