Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, I love tim hortons because there are some foods i like from tim. Unlike McDonald's and Wendy, they have some vegetarian options and one of my fav. Is veggie habanero.
Had really bad customer service here take forever answer your order and when I went to window guy was so rude along with co worker. Tell me go back through drive through and order like how rude I wait until I get service. Then the counter person kept slamming window shut you call that customer service he should be fired!

Went for coffee, was good. Bathroom was dirty, no paper towel, hand dryer didn't work. Entrance doors filthy, fingerprints all over. No wonder, can't dry hands properly.Tim Hortons normally has higher standards.
