“Great family restaurant. Super selection of excellent burgers. Bottomless sides and drinks were a huge success. Our server was very busy but served everyone with proffesionlism and humour. Would recommend d the cheese and beer fondue ! We had the blue burger , chicken and shrimp, and bonzai burger , all excellent. “Had a fantastic return to Central last night. It’s been a few years and it’s still fabulous. We were welcomed, greeted and seated and had a great experience from start to finish.It was hard to resist the burgers as they were flying out of the kitchen and they were as good as they looked. We will definitely make it a more regular downtown stop.“
“Had a birthday for a family member there today. The staff were so accommodating and kind. I brought a homemade cake and they where kind enough to keep it in the kitchen till we were ready to be served, they even added berries to make the cake look even prettier. The staff were truly thoughtful the whole time. The food was also great and even had some very tasty mocktails.“

“Burger was good but flavorless. In their defense I prefer spices.The staff was great but the noise level was high. Again it is a pub but the sound system was so high it required yelling to be heard over it contributing to the elevated noise.“
“I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and service was excellent. If you like a good wit beer, there in House beer is fantastic. Wish I could buy it separately but it's made specifically just for them. I highly recommend the Italian Burger I had. It was a chicken breast perfectly done with garlic and onion bruschetta, I'll be back for sure“
“I am celiac and I felt heard when ordering and dining here!Our server Bailey was very diligent in checking labels of products in the kitchen (icecream, bellini mix) and let me know if it said that it was processed in the same facility as gluten. They were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and I felt well looked after and safe. Happy to say, I did not get glutened!!!! “All 5 stars is rare for me. Hadn't been before and took half my son's soccer team there last night around 7pm. The woman working there was alone. I felt a little guilty dropping a large order on her. We gathered ourselves tight and organized to help make tracking it all easy. She was well organized too. She called on some help to come and that worked out for her. Great food. The kids all loved it, the adults too. Great topping options. Top class owner/customer relations. We'll be back.Kid-friendliness: Our group of 9/10 year olds loved it.“

“Drive across town for some of the best burgers and smiling faces, and an excellent deal for 2 teen burger meals. BUT Tonight the staff was not friendly, asked for no onions on my burger but it had them and the bun was a little soggy like the burger had been made and sat for a little while.We enjoy going here but Tonight wasn't our usual staff.“
“To our surprise Monday nights are Trivia Nights starting at 6pm. We hadn't planned Longshots for our dinner, but we were very happy we ended up here. Our server, Brooke, was amazing. We had the Black N Blue Burger, Salmon Burger (filet) and tempura shrimp tacos at our table. All were very good and would order any of these items again. The beet salad as a side was very good too. We participated in the Trivia Night and had lots of fun. Seating is comfortable and tables aren't crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator from main floor of casino to get you right to Longshots entrance. Washroom also available on restaurant level which is wheelchair accessible.“

Burger Baron is Kelowna's "that one food place." It's not Michelin star cuisine, but it satisfies every craving you may have. Like that one friend, this one place never lets you down. An absolute must-try.“
“Of all the A&Ws in Kelowna, this is the only one we will go to. Great courteous and friendly staff, good size meals and fresh food, and prompt service. We will actually go out of our way to go there for a meal. The other ones may get a 2 or 3 star review from us, depending on the day and time, but this one is consistently a 5 star experience.Keep up the great work and service.“

“I frequent this location with my family and it's always a great experience. The food is consistent, and the service is 5 stars plus. We have had the pleasure on a number of occasions to have Cheyenne as our server, she's is always on point. Service with a smile is a delight she goes above and beyond to make our dining experience a memorable one. We have had other servers and they all have been top notch. Definitely recommend this restaurant.“
“we have enjoyed going to tonics. usually good , today had a beef snd dime wings and paid the bill. but the waitress noticed no tip and asked why then said the company will take a share out of her wages for no tip. I have never had a waitress so bold to ask for a tip as if it was mandatory and she deserved more for doing her job. I then told her I usually tip in cash but NOT today. as you basically demanded a tip. Many people work for minimum wage much harder then her and do not or are not allowed tips. and are much more grateful and less arrogant . Tips are optional not expected or demanded by a waitress at the pub.“
“Dining at Craft was an absolute delight. Our bartender, Austin, had great recommendations and provided exceptional service. Their $6 Burger, Beers, and Bubbles on Tuesday may be the best and most well price burger deal in the city. Thanks again to Cody for making our evening one to remember.
