I visited Dairy Queen recently and was impressed with their quick service and friendly staff. However, I was a bit disappointed with my milkshake as it lacked flavor. Another downside was that the discount barcodes on the app never seemed to work, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place, but there are some areas that could use improvement.
I always thought the only fix for a bad day was an unhealthy amount of ice cream to drowned the pain in diabetes. Turns out exceptional customer service is just as effective in brightening your day.I need to apologize because I forgot his name, the assistant manager here, I believe it was Isaiah? The service was horrible, the staff didn't care at all. Ordered drinks and blizzards and never offered a tray to carry them in, had to pay for a cheap paper bag to carry sub standard food in. You need to do better!
