This is the greatest Mcdonalds in all of Kelowna, maybe in the Okanagan. Every other Mcdonalds we went to had at least 1 thing not going the way we wanted to every time... this one on the other hand, always delivers. Fries are aways salty and hot (delish), breakfasts are fresh and come out pretty quickly, burgers are always delicious and never squashed, drinks and desserts are epic. For McDonald's, this is our favorite location. The day manager (Indian fellow. Cant remember his name) is superb at his job and delivers the best service. Food is always good for McDonald's quality and if they miss something, they are quick to fix it.
The staff here really cares about their customers and their satisfaction if something isn’t right, they also work extremely hard, as someone who comes in pretty much every day for an iced coffee, extra cream and no liquid cane, if it happens to be busy and they make a mistake…there’s no attitude, they’re so nice.
