Located in the food court of the Orchard Park mall. Kelowna’s biggest and only shopping mall. My first NY Fries! I was expecting a thicker bigger French fry. Especially since they are fresh cut. I found the fries on the thin side and some of them very over cooked and burnt on the end. I ordered the classic French fries with gravy on the side. Disappointed with the amount of toppings on 4 different items on 2 different days. It was 2 loaded hot dogs and two different sizes of pulled pork poutine. The amount of pulled pork and chili was miniscule yet these toppings are expensive.There were different people working on those different days so this is not a case of an employee mistake but rather a deliberate practice by management, presumably to short-sightedly reduce costs.
