Usually this is my favourite place. Unfortunately the evening staff has gone wayyyyyy downhill and I was appalled this evening by how rude the young girl was who was helping a young boy infront of me. Not only did she sigh n rill her eyes at him multiple times, she proceeded to send him away to get his mothers help. I was so so disheartened and it absolutely made my experience terrible. It’s a normal subways but messed up my order and didn’t add some things. I ordered a pizza sub but they put no pizza sauce. I had to repeat myself multiple times with was not ideal.

Slooooow service - I waited 20 minutes in line just waiting to order. To be clear, this was NOT because of the workers, it was because of the lack of workers. This place needs to be staffed properly to meet the demand.
