Really enjoyed the Gyoza(best out of all sushi restaurants so far). Agedashi Tofu, Yakitori and Yam Tempura followed close behind.Spicy Salmon Sashimi is always a favorite, Maru has its own good flavors with a touch of heat.We tried a few different Special rolls on the search for different flavors. I haven't tried this place in years and holy smokes it is so good. The yam tempura and chicken karaage wings are amazing! I have never tried cream cheese in sushi before but I tried the JJ Roll (deep fried with avacado and cream cheese), my god, my eyes have been opened. The BC roll and beef teriyaki roll were also so, so good. I really appreciate how their rolls aren't too thick, some places it's so big it just falls apart when you bite into it. I’ve been going here for years. Hands down the best sushi in town. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm & the prices are reasonable. There is also a bell in each booth to press if you need anything, which it seems some of the other reviewers don’t know about. Would highly recommend overall!
