Excellent service. Our waiter was incredibly friendly. We went on the monday before Valentine's day and the place was almost empty. For some reason the food took 45 minutes. That seems a little long to me. When it arrived it looked like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. The mashed potatoes had a layer of skin that had formed because they were sitting for so long. The asparagus was so limp and soggy. I had recently been at the canadian flagship keg restaurant in downtown vancouver, undergoing a transformative revelation when indulging in the keg burger. Hoping to restore and re-experience the sheer euphoria and joy that emanated from that experience, this restaurant did not deliver on that promise. Recently, I visited the flagship Keg restaurant in downtown Vancouver and had a transformative experience while indulging in the Keg burger. Hoping to relive that sheer euphoria and joy, I visited a Keg restaurant in Langley, but it failed to deliver. The burger was about five orders of magnitude worse than the one in downtown, skimping on ingredients. This meal saddened me quite a bit, and I won't be going to a Keg for some time because of this experience.
