My husband and I eat here often. The food and drinks are excellent. The owner is a very knowledgeable barista who just blows our minds with his use of different flavours. Highly recommend this little spot!
I have gone to Hot Chai many times and have never been disappointed. The service has always been good and fast. The owner has even brought out tasters for free. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is bright and modern. It is in my top picks for Nanaimo.

Good experience, friendly staff, excellent food and good covid protocols. Knowledgeable and was happy to explain different bubble teas to the kids I was with, clearly and kindly even as they were boisterous. Will go again!
