Huge rave to seeing the young kids working. Good for them but every once in awhile they need a reminder to serve their customers first and wait to talk to their friends after the customers have gone. I mean geez starbelly jam is not for awhile and yay your going to get baked lol. At least then they would get the orders right. Ordered a Chai latte hot and got a cold Chai tea thing. It was weird. Ordered a matcha and got a mocha something it was also weird, off. Not mixed right....read full review

Drinks are very good, but the service is terrible. There's 2 girls who are quite nice and I'm happy when I get them. But there's a few girls who just don't seem to care about the customers at all, constantly talking with their friends or just hanging out while there's a line of people. Young people nowadays just don't want to work, so don't pay them for bad service, they didn't earn it.

Have to be honest drinks are good service not so good, the young girls working there come off very unhappy, don’t talk to you as a customer, don’t seem to have common sense at times. Order 4 drinks wife has to ask for a tray then asked for stoppers the girl that made the 4 drinks gives her 2 stoppers have to ask for 2 more. If you don’t like your job and it’s customer service related quit put somebody there that’s happy and likes being around people on a Saturday morning....read full review
