we ate at the restaurant for a little bit of time left with my 3 yro and came back 5 mins later to use the restroom and had to buy something else. Horrible place so cheap the girl working gave my child the dirtiest look for no reason never going back.
My recent visit to A&W left me quite disappointed. The staff, particularly a skinny Punjabi girl, was rude and unhelpful. When I urgently needed to use the restroom, they refused unless I bought something first, even though it was an emergency. The restroom was dirty and smelled bad, with sanitary pads all over.
