“We had a bit of a confusing ordeal this evening when ordering online through a third party. One of our pizza’s + dessert never showed up however, they were so accommodating with resolving the order. We spoke to Jakoba (I really hope I’m spelling her name correctly) and she was so so lovely. “The restaurant is very comfortable at the end of the road so you can look out of the restaurant with views from several sides. Just tried the coffee and a few snacks, everything was delicious, haven't tried the food yet because it was just dinner, but one day I'll definitely come back again, this place is highly recommended because the location is very strategic in the middle of the city and tourist attractions, and don't hesitate, regarding parking, it's on the side of the road and in the basement too“

“Nice to get a DQ in the neighborhood. Been here a few times and come here when they have good specials on. Great coupons with the DQ app. It's the closest to my place and it's fine. The one time I ordered the slushy it was super watery. I think they just don't like to leave the machine running to keep it frozen as not as many people order it. But that's annoying. Also the food takes quite awhile but also kind of nice as it is more fresh when you get it. The burgers are really good. They definitely run a light staff as I think they're just still starting up. However the service is quite slow and everytime I come there's a long wait regardless if you're the only one there or there's other people.“

“On most occasions of visiting the restaurant, the staff have been helpful and service with a smile. I think the only down side is that if you order the burger posted (on special) that I have had on several occasions realized that the burger patties was done ahead of time and re-heated. As such the pattie was maybe luke warm when eating which changed the pattie flavor.“

“I have stopped here countless times, usually for breakfast on my way to work. I just wanted to give a shout out to the excellent staff this morning, I didn't grab their names unfortunately but it was a middle aged woman and a younger man who both helped me with my order at around 9:40am. They were very engaging, they made me laugh and got me my coffee with a smile on my face. They really went above and beyond and I could tell that they were very positive people. I'll definitely be back.“
“The service here was outstanding. It isn’t a huge space but it’s comfy and inviting inside. The food was very good. Their menu is not overwhelming which helps with decision fatigue. We got shareable plates between four people. We ordered the mac and cheese, the bratwurst / lemon herb chicken sausage, fries and mashed potatoes. Portions are decent and definitely shareable. I also recommend their pineapple beer if it’s still available mmmm. Will be back.“
