Service is never good. The woman talk amongst themselves in a different language then English or French and give dirty looks when you try to explain whats wrong with the orders. As well as they are very discriminating against people that need to use the washroom. They will literally look you up and down and assess you based on how you look or if your carrying a backpack. Appears the coffee has been changed. The taste is more bland and tastes water down. The original coffee taste is not there anymore. Tried several restaurants they all are the same.

OWNER IS FANTASTIC COMMUNITY MEMBER WHO CARES! A problem occurred and was mismanaged. Reached out to the owner that was rather disgruntled and wondered why management FAILED to nip things in the bud.
