Triple O's has improved significantly since my last review. It's back to fresh fries and fresh burgers that have been consistent every time my husband and I have gone for dinner. The service has improved significantly as well, since the woman started working there. It's quite delicious now.
The place was clean and the service was timely. Those are my two stars. Beyond that, it was all mid.Quality of food? mid. Mushrooms were rubbery and cod was greasy. Fries were over-salted. Fountain drink dispenser was broken so I couldn't mix my drink, which is excusable but still annoying.Friendliness of staff? mid. October 2023:We have always had great food at this location. We got 2 chicken burgers, Parm fries, and 2 regular milk shakes, it was $50, a little higher than we expected but everything has gone up. The meal was excellent, the staff was friendly. The drive thru is long box crew box friendly, we only had to back up once ?.
