Recently renovated and looks even nicer than before (although it was pretty nice before already). The chicken soup with fish maw is a must from this place. The sauce bar includes appy and unlimited dessert, which enhances the experience. A bit more on the pricey side. Servers were friendly and professional.
Can I please just say how impressed I am with the service here? If it's the Haidilao standard they're after, they sure surpassed it. We were seated immediately without a reservation, greeted almost right after, and before we knew it our food was on the table. I had no idea that they were going to help us cook the food, portion the broth, and even scoop out the foam on top. Had a really nice experience after they changed their format to ordering chicken and the pot base separately. Their desserts were all free and tasty. Service was friendly. The price was a bit steep but the food was good.
