I first visited Katsu-san on my way to Seattle last week and I had to come back for another meal because my kids loved the place so much!!Definitley one of the best cutlet house you can find anywhere!!Staffs are kind and yet professional to serve you in anyway you may need.Two thumbs up and I will definitely visit here in summer again during my vacation trip to Vancouver.
We had an open run at 5pm on the weekend and it was full right away.After eating it, I think I know why!! The meat is soft and they seem to make the bread crumbs themselves. Rayu Ramen... I highly recommend it??The staff are also very friendly.I left behind a delicious meal and unforgettable memories in Vancouver?

Fired pork chop is very juicy. The sauce choices are good for the veggies and pork chops. Very busy restaurant but wait time is reasonable. I arrived at 1:45 and waited for about 10 minutes to be seated. Overall, it's a very pleasant experience.
