Without a doubt the best Nando’s in Richmond!! The food is always delicious and I swear the chicken is cooked to absolute perfection each time, service is always amazing, the staff seem genuinely happy to be working there and the owner jack is the nicest person, going out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying the food, the interior is lovely and always super clean!! This Nando’s hit just as hard as any UK Nando’s could! 10/10
Food was good! The chicken in the bowls are smaller than expected, so we ordered more chicken! other than that it’s nice place with good atmosphere. Great place to chat and catch up with friends. The water is self serve at the back!

The servers were a bit distracted and slow. I hate it when they spray cleaner to clean the next table just as customer is eating. That’s not a good experience for anyone. Can’t they wait until customer is done eating? The chicken wasn’t as juicy or succulent as I remember nando’s being usually. I think this one was grilled for too long and the breast meat was a bit dried out. But the flavour profile was there.
