A solid 4 out of 5! Pho is tasty with hands down the best brisket that any pho place has to offer. The cut is thick and super tender, unlike most places with dry brisket. Portions are large and offer great value. Only off a 5 star for me was the soup as it was a bit mild compared to other places, maybe a few more bones and a couple of extra hours on the stove would do the trick. No msg though which is good. I did take out pho. I don't use my because it gets cold and the flavors change but I'm glad I took a chance cause I'd rate this 5/5!! It was still so hot, flavours were amazing and one of the most delicious phos I had!! I can't wait to try in person !
