I was pleasantly surprised by the countertop menu signs, which allowed me to communicate my order despite my injured throat preventing me from speaking. The family staff were very patient, friendly, and transparent about the food items they could provide.While I waited for my order to be served, I was delighted by the nostalgic interior design, the children’s drawings on the wall, and the gentle music filling the room, which made me feel at ease after all the day’s troubles. My banana loaf slice and cream in mushroom soup were served promptly and tasted wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the mushroom soup, which was warm and tasted fresh and smooth.The staff took great care of us while we were eating, and bid us farewell with great kindness. The morning after this visit, my throat miraculously healed, and I believe that the love and care put into this diner’s mushroom soup is what healed it. This was an experience I’ll never forget, and I’ll be sure to visit again the next time I have to visit the doctor’s office. God bless this diner. Highly recommend.“

“Another subway misrepresenting what and when they sell.They refuse to make coffee after a certain time but only at some Subway claiming a manager said to do soIf you offer coffee for sale then you had better sell that coffee I would suggest getting some instant for the late night workers that want a late night coffee which is their morningDiscrimination of a sale is purposeful misrepresentation and Canada has consumer protection to ensure misleading and poor business practices are not continued in fact civil litigation has been successful in other jurisdictions for similar issues.Subway just does not want to brew a pot or half pot or mix instant or change their signage which discriminates against the time of day some actually a lot of workers want coffee.As well if your restaurant is listed and registered for more than 10 seats you are required by health and safety laws to have a functioning bathroom available to customers before they eat or even purchase an item. Temporarily closing a section of seats for cleaning does not mean you can de-register your seating capacity later at night.I am sure there are inspectors that work at night on health and safety issues being purposefully ignored.If you have issues call the police or hire a security guard like a few McDonald's do now.Asked to speak with a manager / supervisor none was available a second or third time which also could be another violationRules are made to protect consumers and must be followed. Over the years these rules have been attempted to be deceived by only a few restaurants like Subway.“
