a&w has stepped up in their customer service experience and i am impressed. I had ordered during lunch rush so it was expected to have acme wait time. but I notice there was some slight chaos in catching up with orders but the staff was great and worked together to catch up and were so polite to the customers that they quickly got back on track. and I couldn't help over hear how considerate they were to each other. that alone was great to see. also can't argue with getting a sweet...read full review

Came in at two in the morning really really hungry and Gurleen and Sandeep made me a nice burger and they both satisfied all my needs I could only give three stars for the atmosphere cause I was the only one there at two in the morning. And I promised them five stars and they deserved it.
