“I ordered and paid through tap and pay from my app. I ordered one ice capp, but cashier accidentally charged me for 4 ( apologized but was laughing). It was too late because i was scanned. I wanted my money returned into my bank account but was told it wasn't possible. So the money was put on my tim Horton's card. Not impressed and pretty scammy imo.“
“I've been getting a coffee on this location since they were born.No Drive thru. “This has a really small parking lot, beware. This Tim's is crazy busy, don't be surprised if there's a bit of a wait. People are served quickly and I was pleasantly surprised that the person who took my order thanked me and told me to have a nice day. It's really unusual at other Times to have this happen. If you need a lid and/or sleeve be sure to ask. New BC environmental laws mean you have to ask. All in all its one of my best Tim's experiences.“
“I ordered tea nd Girl named samiksha take my order . I asked her is tea fresh one ? Very softly nd nicely she replied i will make fresh just give me 2 min . I like the way she helped me , she was talking very politely nd having smile on her face as she love her job . Last time i came on monday 19 feb there were another two girls between 9 :00 pm - 10:30pm. She gave me tea which was cold . I asked her to change it .what she did she bring a cup nd put cream in it and rudely keep it in front of me nd with full attitude replied - u know u ask for triple triple so its cold . I said - its as cold as water . Then she rudely said to another girl to change it .even after changing it was not hot . i think she is not hpy with her job . My whole mood was spoiled like is it as cold as water ? Today also i got same tea by samiksha . It was so hot and fresh i loved it . Thnku samiksha . U made me smile . ?“

Rushed it off and kept walking to the back room and not touching my coffee to go box to fill it up, I had to eventually say leave it, and walked out after 10 minutes even after. Expressing urgency, they charged me 20$ for that coffee and I didn’t even get it. Terrible customer service. Will go back and get my refund after work“
“This place was great. Food was delish and tones of options for vegetarians and non-veg as well. Customer service was outstanding. There is often a line-up but they give you the option to order from your mobile phone for a quicker way to get your food. Inside there are loungers that allow you to sit and chill. Speak to your loved ones. Not to mention its not too crowded or congested on the inside making it super COVID friendly. Thanks for providing a space that was well designed and easy for a new parent to take her kids.“
“Probably one of my least favorite locations. If you are strapped for time and you spend most of your time in the car, then this is the location for you. Very little baked goods to choose from and they don't keep up with the supply so case is often quite empty. But this location will definitely do inna pinch if you don't have the time to worry about getting your favorite Boston cream for brunch.Parking: Only in front of gas station door, maybe 6 or 8 spots.Kid-friendliness: Too many cars in a hurry not paying attention to those around them. I almost get hit everytime I come to this Gas station. In and out of vehicle.“
“Came here yesterday morning as a request from my son. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful especially because it was our first time. The coffee tastes great and we enjoyed the pastries they offered. Definitely better than Starbucks. We were told it’s the Starbucks of Canada and we all disagree with that comment.“
“The best experience I had from Tim Horton today. The service was wonderful. The food tasted delicious and the place was tidy and clean. The employee was cleaning every corner of the store. I thank the store manager for the successful guidance of the employees. I like to come every day.“

“This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!“
“I prefer this Tim Hortons. I’m not gonna lie I like this one then the other one the other one is the one on 80th I don’t like that Tim Hortons. Their employees are really rude really selfish. If you took a few minutes order they are gonna start yelling at you being like disrespectful I went through last week and I was like hey I want cilantro lime chicken wrap and she’s like 10 minutes. I wait 10 minutes I called them I’m like OK like is it ready and she’s like no she told me 10 minutes I stood there for 2025 minutes I up past I’m like oh my refund the order she refund the order I gave her a $50 bill And I come out and I’m like OK like whatever I called the manager on I went there on Tuesday. I called the manager on Wednesday yesterday I’m like hey your employees did this and that manager starts denying everything so like no I have no clue I’m like you have a little bit of clue and no clue. I’m like what’s the point of arguing with her whatever. But I really like this Tim Hortons it’s as soon as you place your order within two minutes you’re given your order. Don’t need to wait 20 to 30 minutes.“
“I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.“

Because i usually visit here every morning and i saw a girl working there name HARMAN i really wanna appreciate her hard work how she manage in the morning even though its busy. She takes care of both front and drive thru and i found her helping her staff evenly. Sometimes i have seen her working alone. Every time she serve us order in a polite way and thank you and have a good one. Another thing i like is the way of greeting guest with morning how are you and then asking what can i get for you to everyone.I would like yo say keep smiling always.“

“This location used to be poorly run and place looked horrific all the time. With new renovation place looks much cleaner and no more cluster mess lining up. I am hoping their service has improved as they were making way too many mistakes before. Drive through is avail at this location for convenience as well.“
“We wouldn't normally go to this location but it was convenient to go to since we were also going to Costco across the street. It was pretty slammed when we got there but they got through the line pretty quickly. We decided to park and go in since the drive thru line was long but were a little thrown off that the entrance was on the other side of the building. The girl who took our order was nice. I had to use the restroom and it was clean. We ordered medium Iced Capps and some Timbits. Drinks were great and donuts were fresh and delicious. I feel like there was very little organization here though. People were getting handed drinks and donuts from different spots, no one knew where to really wait. Overall a good experience here, we'll be back next time we go to Costco.“

“This Tim Hortons location has a dedicated team of staff to run an efficient drive thru. Their service is prompt and professional. The lounge area is clean and comfortable. A nice place to have casual business meetings or to meet up with a friend for a nice coffee. This location does not serve the famous Tim Hortons chili.“
“We had just disembarked from our Alaskan Cruise back into Vancouver and on our way back to Bellingham, WA, I wanted a mocha double-double and a double chocolate donut. Apparently I was in a chocolate mood. This Tim Horton's was close enough to the US border so this is the Tim Horton's the family came to. It also made a great meeting spot since we were in two different vehicles. Service was fast and there was a good selection of foods even for Chloe who is NOT a fan of donuts. She tried Melanie's apple fritter and actually liked it so maybe there's hope for her yet.There was a lovely elderly couple who offered us a chair from their table so we could accommodate 5 people at our table designed for 4 which was nice not to have to ask, but to have someone offer. Canadians are so much more thoughtful than Americans. We could learn a lot from our northern neighbors. This location doesn't have a very large dining area however they must know their clientele as most people grabbed their orders and took off again. Driv-thru was busy nearly the whole time we were there as well and it was after breakfast hours and before lunch. Interesting. They did have a nice fake fireplace going which I'm sure in colder months this is cozy but in early July, seemed a bit strange to have going.I look forward to my next visit to Canada next summer.“
“I would say that my very last visit was great. But the last visits are horrible. I can see the whole crew was changed except that male gentleman who is very nice, friendly, polite, and efficient. As soon as he saw me standing and waiting to collect my drink, if he was not preparing coffee he would grab my drink right away.I saw even new staff (3 females) still struggling but they seem friendlier with a customer that makes even mistakes are ok with customers. Last week I have placed order took about 17 minutes which is not acceptable. Same week I ordered 2 coffees one large 3x3 and large 2 creams with no sugar, staff who made my coffees closed with wrong lids (later get to know it was exchanged). It's too late to get to know what went wrong with our coffees. This place needs good training for customer service skills development .Kid-friendliness: Not good at all. Very rude, not hospitable, they are acting like they have paid for my coffee. No smile, not providing sleeves. Sometimes order was wrong and not accepting it and no replacement. When try to talk to Manager on the phone staffs are not willing to call the manager. Sometimes manager come to the phone without any details trying to justify the crew is correct and customer is wrong and arguing with the customer too. When talking to the manager other staffs are talking over the phone, very bad habit though.“

“I usually come to the store around 9 pm everyday… a girl named lovepreet is very nice and she always prepares my coffee with smile and greet with smile while taking order..she is really dedicated towards her work as sometimes store is busy she handles with kind gesture and help everybody nicely…i come here just bcoz of her as she is very positive.“
