“First time trying Pho 68 and I was immediately welcomed by beautiful interiors. More importantly, they serve delicious Bun Bo Hue! It has an authentic, clean tasting and hearty broth with the perfect amount of kick and generous portion of meat.Enjoyed my meal with friendly service and lovely tea, and will definitely be back to try their special soups!Vegetarian options: They have a page for vegetarian friendly menu items.Parking: First hour of parking at the King George Hub is free.“
“Ordered the Pork Lemongrass banhmi on UberEats — never had a bahnmi before. First of all, it’s perfectly packaged that I had to snap a photo before I tore into it. This sandwich was such a flavorbomb. The tender pork pieces against the fresh crunchy vegetables were a textural delight! The unique flavor of the lemongrass was very refreshing & paired nicely with the savoryness of the pork. The BREAD was so fresh & had the perfect crispy softness, if that makes sense. The size of the sandwich, the quality of ingredients, you cannot get that anywhere else for that price. The price is what initially lured me to purchase & Im so glad I tried it!! It didn’t taste commercialized/processed…. Tasted like an authentic homemade sandwich with fresh ingredients. The pork springroll was tasty as well. I thought it would come with 2 (as seen in picture) but after my filling banh mi, Im glad it was only 1!“
“I came to this area for shopping at Michael's and saw this Vietnamese Restaurant—nice and cozy atmosphere with great Pho. The food felt authentic. It was a reasonable price and came with a big portion. I'm not a fan of their Veggie Fried Rice, but their Pho was perfect! It is a clean restaurant with Asian music. It feels like I'm going back to Asia.“
“After my stop in Maple Ridge, next site was in Surrey BC. Pho Hilton was close to my site so I gave it a try.My favorite is pork chop so i tried their version and I was never disappointed. It was soo good!! Two thumbs up for the Pork chop. Also the place is neat and the service was fast too.Definitely coming back here when Im in Surrey.“
“Unbelievable! If you see the restaurant it is a typical hole in the wall. I'm always up for trying new things and to my surprise, the pho was really good! Expertly prepared and the soup was flavorful and fragrant. Ingredients were fresh and absolutely delicious. Service was very friendly and pleasant too. This was a happy find.“
“Bestest Of all. Fresh Cilantro is I love the most.I am vegetarian and their Vegan Banh Mi is the best. So light yet so juicy, fresh and full of flavours.I love the creamy avocado feeling and the pickled salads ,Cenlantro is like cherry on top.... Awesome of all...Vegetarian options: It is best Veg/vegan BanhMi. Best meal after a day long of hike or a busy work day or anytime...“
“Best pho place in Surrey!! Portions are huge and they give lots of meat + noodles. I always get the special combo A which comes with a spring roll! This place is almost always busy because it’s that good lol and the parking lot is chaos but it’s worth it!“
“Have dined in and taken out quite a few times recently and every single time it is fantastic. They pack takeout orders better than any other, and they are generous with sprouts and other add-ons to the soup (always crunchy and fresh)Can't wait to go back“
“1st time dining here and definitely will return!I'm a big fan of pad thai and they have a Viet version of it...was delicious! The owners Steven & Lynn are so friendly and it was such a pleasure to meet them and chat them up!Make sure you read their story that is posted up on the wall.“
“This restaurant recommends from my friend, he told me their ribs are delicious and I tried it and it’s taste good. We both order grilled lemongrass chicken noodle soup. The service is fast and food quality are good. I will come back here again.“
“I consider myself something of a Salad Roll connoisseur. I’m vegan, and I’m always looking for really good tofu rolls. The tofu salad rolls at Kim Hoang are pretty top tier. You get two, and the peanut sauce is fresh and flavourful. The tofu is thick and the presentation is very nice! ??“
“I came with high expectations looking at their menu and I left with disappointment. Banh xeo (pancake) was very thick, oily, and not crispy like it's supposed to be. Canh chua (sour soup with basa fish) was another disappointment, not only the taste was off but also the veggie, hmmm, hard to call it authentic when they put celery instead of doc mung. My husband was happy with his banh mi bo kho (beef stew) though. Cafe sua da is the only thing that was made well that day.“
“Delicious Vietnamese food at decent price. This place is adjacent to T&T in the mall. On my visit the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Decided to go with the grilled chicken spring roll vermicelli- bun rice noodle bowl. One of my faves it was filling fresh and on point. Spring rolls were crispy and yum. Ordered a ca fe iced coffee as well. Love those after a good meal. Thank you. Well done.“
“I have been coming here for about 8 years now! My favourite is the grilled pork on vermicelli with beef broth on the side and deep fried won tons.If this place ever went out of business, I don’t think I would be able to find anywhere I like better ❤️Staff are always awesome when I dine in or when I pick up, and it’s always clean :)I think I’ll get myself some today after writing this, actually!“
“Review from Canadian-born Asian Guy eating his way through the Vietnamese restaurants in the Lower Mainland.I eat a lot of Bun Bo Hue. It’s my go-to order at most restaurants that offer it. I’ve heard that Huong Viet does a pretty mean bowl so I was excited to try it.I’m going straight to the point and saying that this is one of the better bowls that I’ve had in awhile and will place it in my top 3. The combination of the flavourful broth, the ingredients included and the wallet friendly price makes this a winner.Expect to see cuts of brisket, Vietnamese ham, pork ball, pork hock and a cube of pork blood. If you don’t like the latter you can ask them to exclude the blood from your order.I apologize I didn’t take a picture because I was too busy devouring it. I will update with a picture the next time I come back.**Note: they are closed till late this month as they’re on vacation. Better to call first before visiting to make sure they’re back.“
“Great food with tasty vegetarian options! Had the Veggie Banh Mi and it was very flavourful and fresh. Staff was super kind and friendly and even gave us a free drink for coming in on New Year's Day. I had a Hero iced tea and it was very refreshing. We got everything to go, but the interior was quite fun. Will sit in next time!“
“A great little place tucked away in the corner of North Surrey. They serve up bowls of pho, as well as main dishes, featuring grilled meats, Vietnamese style. Their broth is done to perfection. It’s cooked for 12 hours so the flavours are perfectly blended. If you want excellent bowl of food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. Their salad rolls are very fresh and tasty, and their other dishes are amazing as well. I highly recommend this place.“
“The Pho’s broth was excellent and flavorful; I could taste all of the spices and we were given many sauces and chili sauce to add to the soup. The ingredient all tasted fresh and there was lots to go around, I’d highly recommend any Pho!“
“I usually don’t post but I have to give 5⭐️to this small restaurant. Has anyone try @nhatoiboutiquecafe located beside Rona, south surrey? Yes it’s Vietnamese Food. You know about Pho (beef noodle) or Banh Mi (Vietnamese sub) or even Goi Cuon (salad roll). Food taste amazing here and no MSG after taste at all. Their papaya and prawn salad taste super fresh and definitely one level up to regular style Vietnamese food. The spices they use and home made sauce ?. Wow. I can’t stop saying how much love they put into their dishes and recipes, and me a person love to cook but they beat my style ? Try it out. #supportlocal“
