I love sandwiches and had high hopes for Chachi's. The sandwiches on their menu sound delicious and I ended up going for the Cubano. The Cubano ended up being pretty mediocre. The sandwich size was okay but there was not much marinated pork. There was also way too much sauce so it was overpowering the taste of the other ingredients. I expected a bit more for a $15 sandwich. The service was fast though, there was no line up and the sandwich was made quickly.
Delicious sandwiches. We ordered the Blackened Chicken Ceasar and the Chicken Banh Mi. I'm not sure why the Chicken Ceasar is called "Blackened" because it wasn't blackened at all. In fact it had any color to speak of, however it still tasted good.
