I dont think the reviews do justice to this place. The food is amazingg, it has set the bar for any Italian restaurant we visit. The quality of the food is so good. Due to dietary restrictions on request they made a cheese board for us not on the menu, it was out of the world. Will be back!

Quality. Closest pizza I’ve had in Canada that brought me back to Italy. I bet they use ingredients from Italy, the flavours were just amazing. Amazing staff as well, was so busy but they were so quick with orders still. Excited to return !

My family has enjoyed many good meals from this restaurant. Last night we had the worst customer service I have had the misfortune to receive in Vancouver ever. Bibo made a simple mistake. They forgot to put part of an order in the bag. The bag arrived from delivery stapled with an itemized receipt but missing one pasta dish. Not a problem. This happens from time to time. When we called the restaurant refused to admit their error and accused of of lying. They also said they had no one available to make a delivery. We said we would go and pick it up as we had a desolated child who had her heart set on this dish. The restaurant also refused this using abusive language. This was the last meal we will be having together for some time as I am about to have major surgery and will be hospitalized for some time. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Unexpected and disappointed experience. I ordered over uber and paid $20 (per portion) of the spaghetti bolognese and the portion was INCREDIBLY SMALL for the price I paid. I'd expect to pay $7-8 dollars for the portion I got. One box was also significantly smaller than the other. To add onto that, the pasta was bland and lukewarm. We also purchased the "lemon ice tea" thinking it was a drink made in house, but it was actually just nestea. In total, we paid $45 for "two" portions of food that would fill one person and a drink. I hope the restuarant is able to contact me about this.

I went with my husband for dinner here, pizza was great but salad sucks not healthy at all , too much salty dressing. I asked them to substitute beets instead of cheese as I am lactose intolerance, they charged 3$ extra for small pieces of beets, such a rip off . we ordered spaghetti san marzano tomato, no taste very blank. paid 89$ for that kind of food. not going back again.

Ew. Just left dinner feeling gross after watching the kitchen staff wear their masks around their chins (no hair nets, etc), and our waiter use his bare unwashed hands to scoop cheese from the pizza bar into ramekins in a hurry. After handling iPad and payment machine. Will not be returning.Edit: Thanks Bibo for your reply. In that case, I might give you another shot! The pizza and sauce is excellent.

Me and my boyfriend came here and the food was soooo good! Our waiter Jack was really nice as well and made the overall experience super positive. He was super kind and polite:) Taking the whole atmosphere of the restaurant and the whole night in general into consideration everything was perfect and was super fun, 10/10

The tagliata di manzo is always a generous portion. The side roast potatoes were baked to perfection. I had the panna cotta for dessert which was smooth & creamy. An excellent dinner at a decent price point.

Wow!! Bibo catered to a staff Christmas party (MJ Installations) this past Saturday and the food and service was phenomenal!! Excellent everything from the pizza, ravioli, penne pasta, chicken, tiramisu and alot more... Just excellent! Thank you for great homemade authentic food - we loved it! Thank you!!

This place is delish! We ordered for takeout and the food was yum. We got a pizza, lasagna and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Will definitely be trying eat in next time.
