“The beautiful ladies at this location have shown me immense kindness today. My energetic 5 year old spilled his chocolate milk. Without me asking, they helped me move my kids and food to another table and insisted on cleaning up the milk for me. Then they gave me a new chocolate milk! My 2 year old then dropped her granola bar and cried. They brought her another one, again without me asking. To say this restaurant is family friendly is an understatement. After eating at petite bao for close to $50 after tip, my girlfriend and I had to get extra food somewhere because we were still hungry after having a burger each and sharing some calamari.And my girlfriend doesn't eat very much. So that is telling.Unfortunately, because of the economy, most places are expensive so I can't hold it against petite bao. It is very difficult for a small business to survive. If they were able to lower their prices in the future that would be great though.“

I really enjoyed the cod it was nice and flaky, crispy on the outside and had a good coating to it.I’ve been here before and saw they had some new menu items so I decided to give it a try today. The new Cod Fish burger is overall tasty and good, my only drawback would be that it was a bit greasy, and maybe should be padded down before it is placed on a brioche bun, otherwise it would be perfect!Also tried the new Strawberry Lychee Nut milkshake and was handsdown super thick, delicious and had a great combination in flavour. I have been making and obsessing over smashburgers myself for well over a decade. So I can say with the utmost confidence that these SO FAR are most certainly the best smashburgers in the city. Simple, great crust with some nice lacy edges while still remaining relatively juicy, house made mayo, American cheese and very well caramelized onions. I then talked to a man whom I would assume was the owner and he obviously has great confidence and love for his burgers. He explained that the beef is grass fed and grass finished from local farms, I only wished I asked the grind and fat content, between 25 and 30% is the sweet spot for me. But I digress, you can't go wrong with these burgs so go now and go often! Especially when they open their brick and mortar spot.Vegetarian options: Impossible for the veggie eaters out there.
