We had the traditional high tea, and it was excellent! Although you only get small portions of each item, you get so many to try! All of them were excellent, and you come away quite full. The tea selection is marvelous and we tried several types. Love this place!

Cute and cozy salon. Very busy but still functional. Every item on the menu was delicious. You can try unlimited teas. We got three each and all of them were good.As everyone else mentioned, the time is limited to 1:30 hours which feels rushed. They come check on you every now and then and in the last 30 minutes they’ll let you know so that you can get your last round of tea. By the end of 1:30 hours you should leave the table so that they can accommodate the next group.Overall it was a good experience but next time we’ll probably go somewhere with a more relaxed schedule.

A lovely place for high tea in a mad hatter way! The food was just right (if not better than expected) and portions were generous, so much so that everyone took a small box of leftover treats home with them. A large assortment of teas, black, green and herbal. It was busy but we never felt rushed and the noise level is lively but we always able to hear each other at our table for 4.

We go regularly to Neverland Tea. The tea choices are phenomenal. So many. The high tea platters are wonderful as different themes. Food is fresh and delicious. They are very respectful of allergies and accomodate within their limitations. Lovely fun experience. Attentive staff and not hovering.

I have been to many High Teas in the Lower Mainland and nothing compares to the food served at this restaurant. The assortment of teas is extensive and the food presentation is inviting and delicious.
Everything was great except for the strict 1.5 hours seating limit. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. It would have been nice to have had 2 hours similar to other high tea restaurants. At the one hour mark, we were given a 30 minute warning and last call to order tea. We felt very rushed from that point on even though we were still enjoying our food. For the amount it costs per person, please consider changing to a 2-hour limit:-) Unfortunately, because of the unreasonable time limit, we will not return.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated. The service was great. ONE detail I did notice was the tea was served in a metal tea pot and not a proper porcelain one. The selection of food was okay nothing special.

The scones were so fresh and delicious and the tea selection was excellent. We loved the tea sandwiches, except for an awful tasting egg salad that seemed spoiled. I feel like the desserts were a major let down as well, especially for the price point. I also found that the service definitely could have been better. Since they move so many people in an out and its a small space you are sort of made to feel like an inconvenience and the servers weren't very friendly. But we still enjoyed our visit.
