This location makes me like Starbucks. Sitting here to work for an morning and I can see how kindly the staff interact with each other, returning customers, and how much the manager cares for them. Ample seating, and quick service. Although its a chain and I usually care for hole in the wall cafes, this might be my favorite café on West Broadway.

This Starbucks should be a model for the chain. It's a big space, but the fantastic staff and brilliant hospitality turn it into warm inviting place. No drive through which is perfect for this neighbourhood. It's on a corner with lots of parking and in a really cool eclectic part of the city. Mix of interesting locals are here, lots of plugins for devices and a mix of 2 seat bar type tables, row seating (looking out onto west Broadway) big tables for groups and intimate low seats too. It's such a well managed place. Very clean, organized and so friendly. Best Starbucks in the city!Vegetarian options: Nut milks and oat milk. And usual Starbucks food.Parking: Front street is paid parking and side streets are free.Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere created by staff and well appreciated by guests give this place a great vibe for parents with kids. Lots of room for strollers.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice big wheelchair washroom and low easy to access tables available.

The barista Raya was very friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to assist me and helped me with my order. She gave me a free birthday drink today and wished me happy birthday!

bright and my favourite part is the tall ceilings which gives it a nice feeling if you’re working, studying or just chilling. tables are spaced out which is really nice. parking on the side street across the road usually is promising.

Love this place on Broadway! This is MY Starbucks point

Upsides: I have been here to study a couple of times and for the most part it has been a good experience. There are large tables and the service is very friendly and relatively quick. It is in a great location with cute stores and restaurants nearby and the Starbucks shop itself is pretty spacious.Downsides: the chairs are uncomfy to sit in for a long time due to the short back. There also aren’t a ton of outlets. If you’re fortunate to get one of the two or three small tables with comfy seating and outlets, you’ve hit the jackpot. Unfortunately, those are usually the first to be occupied.

I received an email from Starbucks that I have a free drink for my birthday. I came her today and they were soooo nice. I got a tall matcha latte with soy milk which is absolutely a heaven.I would definitely come back to this place again cause they have lots of seats to work with your laptop.

Staff is great but there are times when the wait is really bad. I have waited more than 20 minutes usually around 9 - 10 AM
