“I had a great experience with an employee named Jurgen who was running the store by himself. He was so positive and really proactive when I told him I have a gluten allergy. He took all precautions to make sure my sandwich had no cross contamination. I didn’t even have to ask him to take those precautions like I usually have to at most restaurants. He took it upon himself to double check all the sauce ingredients and use a new knife to cut the bread. It was busy but he was kind to everyone in the store. “There was only one guy working when we went and had 2 people ahead of us. We weren't starving so it was fine to be a little slow. When it was our turn to be served, the guy was super friendly and didn't look miserable like a lot of subway workers. He had a great smile the whole time and made nice light conversation. “Tried a Steak 'N Bacon for the first time at midnight on a Saturday evening (its conveniently a 24 hour location). Normally I can't handle the spicy stuff, but Abhi makes a great sandwich! The service has always been great, I've never had a bad sandwich here! The only downside is the limited seating space (the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for environment), with a single table for 4, a single table for 2 and about 5 seats facing the window. But despite all that, the food is served fresh and is always delicious! I try to come here as often as I can 8)“

“Went during lunch time on a Saturday. They must be quite short-staffed as there was only one employee working. Despite this, our experience was quite pleasant. When we arrived, they were already helping out 2 customers. They were quite friendly, had an efficient system with multi-tasking between making the bread, taking orders, toasting the sandwiches, adding the toppings, and taking payment. It helped that the customers were all fairly patient and respectful (there were quite a few more who came in after). It wasn't the quickest service but the employee definitely did their best and had a great attitude overall. Some of the ingredients didn't seem the freshest but that's been my experience with all of the Subways I've been to.“

“The employee working at your location tonight made an excellent sub. I think she is new. I have been busy and getting subway from here a lot lately. In my other experiences, I’ve been served by someone pleasant and makes great subs and someone who isn’t very friendly or helpful. The one who is somewhat unfriendly and unhelpful is often under stocked and I have to put some of my own toppings on my sub at home. She got an instruction wrong and became irritated when I mentioned it was supposed to be a different way. Even with this odd experience it’s still probably one of the better subways in town.“

“The best subway I have ever been to (thousands of times). The staff are really nice and know my order really well. Once even asked for just sauce with an order because I love the chipotle southwest and they were happy to do it for me. Only two complaints (very minor ones). One is that I don't think they serve pizza, like some other subways near this one, and one time the regular staff left for some issues and left one guy by himself and he, understandably, was going really slow. Overall my favorite subway, and maybe, if you consider it a fast food chain, the best one of those too.Absolutely awesome!“
