Tim Hortons used to have better quality food. Their Chili con carne used to be thicker, used to be chunkier. But lately, it's very watery. I'm so disappointed because I used to love it, especially when they used to toast the bread. It used to be my favorite place to have a great bowl of chili. As per the rest of the food, I'm not a fan!

After visiting the café, I regret to say that the experience was disappointing. The coffee tasted burnt and lacked any discernible flavor profile. Additionally, the food was equally unsatisfactory; the sandwiches were bland and seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. The overall atmosphere was lackluster, with dim lighting and uncomfortable seating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality coffee and dining experience.

Scan and Pay is a scam. Would not work with multi use points deal. System would not scan to award deal points. This is not the first time deal offers are not honored. Beware points collectors for this location.

I felt rude to a female employee who had a big mole in the middle of her nose and mouth. I know that I am not good at English, but in other places they understand well. I'm just saying the name of the menu. This employee pretended not to understand me and treated me in a frustrating and annoying way. And I was angry at how he looked at me and was frustrated without informing me that the payment was complete.Of course, I watched other customers' actions and watched if I should, but I'm not.I hope you're ashamed of your behavior. If you don't know English, don't work. If it's hard to work, go home and rest. I want to tell her.

Service over the years has taken a massive decline. Defiantly would skip out on this Tim’s and go to another one.

Food didn’t seem fresh. Also was very difficult to communicate with the cashier, she didn’t understand what we wanted and we didn’t understand her as well. The minimum requirement for this type of work should be to speak well one of the 2 official languages in this country. -_- Bad experience.
