This cozy little restaurant is such a gem in Vernon. Whether you're vegan or not the food is so good and freshly made. The goddess bowl and the mushroom sammy on their homemade sourdough are to die for. Highly recommend.

Fantastic vegetarian breakfast and lunch, delicious foccacia bread. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch! Kitchen is out in the open so you can see the chef who is making quick and delicious food. We could also smell fresh bread baking while we were there. Very laid back casual comfy vibe. Also great coffee.

Holy crap the badass vegan sammy is the best sandwich. Their focaccia is the best. So fresh and fluffy. Also tried the Breaky-wich and it was decent too. We also got some pastries to go; a brioche cinnamon bun and an almond croissant. The croissant was more dense pastry than croissant but it was still tasty.

Vegan wrap, all day 'breakfast' item, best wrap I' ve ever had!! Medium spiced, vegan sausage, etc. Incredible oat coffee and cappuccino. And I'm picky. Wish they were open for supper tho (check hours).

I had a falafel wrap. The falafel itself was excellent, very flavourful, however, the rest of the wrap was almost entirely lettuce. The description claims there was cucumber and tomatoes, but they were cut so small and so thin and there was so little I could barely detect them. I don't know why they chose to skimp on the veggies to that degree. I can't in good faith give them a better grade, but I do want to stress how good the falafel was. If they would just find it in them to put in the rest of the ingredients in reasonable portions, it could really be something special.

Went there for a brunch and was extremely satisfied: the food is vegetarian/vegan, very tasty with good quality ingredients. Tried the Goddess bowl and the taco bowl, also the croissants (to go). The atmosphere is friendly and warm, with staff smiling and very courteous. Highly recommend!

We picked that Café because they had lots of vegan foods and pastries. Well, we were not disappointed! Amazing bowl with fresh and tasty veggies with a nice sauce, the taco bowl was amazing looking and tasting delicious too (and quantity are more than satisfactory) The service was great and the ladies were very nice. We left when they closed and they offered us pastries that they would not sell no more!!! We felt spoiled and very happy they preferred to give it to us for free than throw them away. Thanks for the great lunch hopefully see you again!!!!!

Unreal almond croissant! I've been to Paris, New York, Toronto etc and this by far is the BEST! Service is kind and the interior is super cute! The rest of the baked goods look just as yummy.. Must visit!

We are not vegan but decided to try this out. It was very good. We had the Green Dragon Bowl and the Butta Chickpea rice. Both delicious and filling. We will definitely come back.

Stopped in here for lunch last week with my husband and we loved it! I'm vegan but he isn't and we both enjoyed everything we ordered. The portions were very large, I think we could share next time. The food was delicious, coffees were awesome, staff we're super friendly, and everything was nice and clean. We are both looking forward to coming back and trying more of their options!

The customer service absolutely sucks! No recognition and no greeting. Acted like they were doing you a favor serving you a coffee. This place has excellent pastries but today for whatever reason they did not decide to make their cinnamon buns. I asked why and got a shrug. One other customer came in along with me specifically to grab a coffee and cinnamon bun and was again disappointed. Too many other great coffee options in Vernon to waste your money or time. The owner needs a business class in customer service.
