“We've come in twice with our 3 kids and we love it. Food is delicious, big portions and they are very efficient and fast even though both times they have gotten quite busy shortly after we get there. Highly recommend the Pulled Pork Tots, absolutely delicious.“
“We’re working our way through all the Korean fried chicken restaurants in town and this one is close to great but not quite. The chicken batter wasn’t as tasty as the one on lower Yates. The atmosphere was fun and funky and if I lived here I’d probably stop by again and try it again.“
“I always have the best service at the Langford A&W restaurant and the food is as fresh as can be! I'm a regular at this location and seem to usually get the same server (Pindy). Always friendly and offers a great smile! When I come with small kids, she gives suckers too! You have a great system going with great staff. Keep up the good work!!“
“I went to the A & W on Douglas today at 3:21 today Jan 24 /24 Shelly took my order, she was very pleasent and friendly. very good front end service. However the food was cold, the order went in at the same time. Papa Burgers x 2 they came out right away, the onion rings x 2 took awhile OMG they were cold as well as the burgers cuz they were just sitting in a bag waiting. a 30$ plus bill the food wasnt worth it.“

“Had the BEST poutine the other night! My husband and I often stop in for ice cream/blizzards but I was really craving something savory so I got a poutine and it was amazing! Lots of gravy and actual cheese curds! I was very impressed with the improvements in there since the new ownership took over - everything is digital now and WAY faster! The customer services was great, they even recognized me (maybe a sign we stop in for ice cream a little bit tooo much) :-)“

“I go and have dinner here all the time after my classes at Camosun are done. The people that work here are super nice and very friendly. They are very helpful too. I left my laptop at the bus stop across the street from the store and almost lost it. Huge thanks to the Subway employee who went over to the bus stop and rescued it for me. :)“

I sat down at the back and found myself facing two workers whose job it was to clean the closed section of the restaurant. Honestly, I have never seen two people work so hard in my life! They flipped those tables over like ninjas and scraped away all the nasty gum and stuff people leave there. (Kids, pleeeease stop doing that!!) These ladies disinfected the underside(!) of all the tables and chairs legs (who knew). They determinably and energetically scrubbed away at more spots than I have ever even thought of cleaning. Even Sheldon Cooper would have approved! If you want a Covid-free restaurant, (or as close as you are ever going to get to it), head to the Tillicum A&W... These ladies are amazing. I hope their bosses recognise their fantastic work ethic and, ultimately, their value to the company- and reward them both with a great, big raise!“
“I price compared with 2 other tire shops in town about all seasom tires with the snow ratings on them. Not only did they beat them by about 200 to 400 dollars, but then added a Veteran's diacount too! They had great service on the day my tires were installed, I had been sitting there for about 2.5-hours and was about to walk up and ask about my service. Before I could even ask, Adam (Manager) said he was reducing my bills and explained why there was a delay. Thanks again!“
