Baked brie was delicious! But the sandwich melt was just ok. Service was great! Our server was kind and attentive. The drinks came out quick! Lucky to have come during trivia. Nice, playful evening.
To me the Penny Farthing is more than a place to eat and drink, it's an experience. It's extremely popular which adds to the ambiance. We stop there at least once every time we're in Victoria. I like the turkey pot pie and my wife likes the Buddha bowl. Today she had chicken tikka Marsala and liked it a lot. The clam chowder was outstanding. My meatloaf was, to me, a little unusual.
