Yates online website was down. Esquimalt couldn't deliver to our location but one employee went above and beyond. Called us back and asked if we wanted him to transfer it to yates for us. Saved pizza night!

My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you

Every time we've gone here for diner the pizza was not cooked fully, the crust was still wet and the price was crazy high. One time the delivery guy even just dropped out pizza outside on the pavement and left it there for us to find an hour later. The manager blamed it on door dash... we didn't order from door dash we called in our order. Absolutely horrible.I only gave 2 stars.
