“This is by far the best subway in Victoria, I always go around Subway to Subway to try and find the best one in my area, I've been in Victoria for about a year now, and I've tried every subway here, I go back like three or four times and then move to the next one, depending on the quality service and the size of the sub. These guys by far make the fattest and juiciest subs if you request. At other subway locations, sometimes I feel like I have to fight and pay with an arm and a leg to get that extra lettuce that I so desire, I have OCD and slight traits of Autism, so I need to have that reliable lettuce packed cold cut combo, they make it to perfection and I can always count on this location. I literally drive passed other subways to go to this one cause I know I'm not gunna get ripped off in the toppings. (On a separate note, I see other reviews here about bad experiences requesting compensation for an error on their sub. And I bet you their bad experience was purely on their personal attitude towards the business, because I have had an error on my subway sandwich at this location, ICalled in and the manager was happy to fix everything, he did not give me a hard time or anything, and was very polite and professional. So I don't know why anyone would ever have a hard time with these guys.) Once again I would like to thank everyone at this subway location for the great experiences and will be coming here for every sub until I move out of victoria. You guys really keep a good name for subway, you should be proud. ❤️“
“I came on a Friday afternoon. There was 10 people deep in line. The 3 people behind the counter were soo efficient. Nobody waited very long. But let me tell you any kind of wait is worth it for this place. The sandwiches sooo fresh and tasty. The soups super yummy. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I go and have dinner here all the time after my classes at Camosun are done. The people that work here are super nice and very friendly. They are very helpful too. I left my laptop at the bus stop across the street from the store and almost lost it. Huge thanks to the Subway employee who went over to the bus stop and rescued it for me. :)“
“I price compared with 2 other tire shops in town about all seasom tires with the snow ratings on them. Not only did they beat them by about 200 to 400 dollars, but then added a Veteran's diacount too! They had great service on the day my tires were installed, I had been sitting there for about 2.5-hours and was about to walk up and ask about my service. Before I could even ask, Adam (Manager) said he was reducing my bills and explained why there was a delay. Thanks again!“
“Our online order got messed up, they forgot a patty and put half of the supposed amount of meatballs on it. We realized it only after getting home 15 mins later. I was really annoyed but the guy behind the counter (was apparently a new shift) managed it brilliantly. Offered us two free cookies (one each) and made us two new and perfect looking subs. I was really happy again by the time we left the place. I don’t know his name, but he deserves a raise! (Monay, 17th around 6pm)“
“This is as close, clean, and healthy a sandwich as it gets to what your grandma will prepare for you. The owner hand picks the meats (chicken, turkey, ham) all fresh, and gets the best bread. Oven toasted, nothing comes close.... I went there twice, and will keep going “
