So impressed with the customer service. Placed order from Ontario and cookies were delivered to Langford within the hour even on an out of range day. They saved the day! Thank you cookie guys!
The website had a major malfunction and I was ultra frustrated. After much back and forth/email they personally dealt with the order with the upmost patience. I know the site flaw is out of staff's control, so the customer service on the other end made up for the hassle. And the cookies are great.

While on our vacation, we saw this cute little car that read “The Cookie Guy”. My family loves their cookies! So we looked them up. I called them, they place my order for me and we picked them up at the discussed time. Let me tell you these chocolate chip cookies are delicious and best of all they’re warm! Definitely a hit with our family!
