“Best Tim Hortons we've been to! We usually get the crispy chicken breakfast bowls and at this Tim Hortons they always make them to perfection. The bowls are always extremely tidy, and taste incredible! All the food and drinks we get here are always made with care, and they never run out of supplies or ingredients like the other Tim Hortons locations always seem to do. That's why we make the extra effort to come here instead of closer locations.“

“Scott, the owner, was so wonderful and accommodating! We were on a cruise excursion and our stop here was part of that. He had our orders ready when we arrived, despite 2 other bus tours and regular customers in the shop. My daughter was upset about something completely unrelated and he went out of his way to make her day! Loved our experience here and the food and drinks were yummy!“
“We've been to this place twice now and the decaf coffee is water with cream added to it. We've also been to the one in Esquimalt and same thing. Can you please ramp up the decaf so it doesn't taste like hot water and cream?! Thanks! PS when I order a variety of muffins and I specifically say no chocolate hazelnut - Guess what I came home with?! “
“The workers are great and very kind! I think this is one of the hardest locations to work at. I appreciate their professional attitude and their patience. I know that some of them are international students and it is amazing they can provide a good service in their second language. It's not easy, I know this from experience. “They have improved a lot from when I last rated them. I personally think it is the people working now. There are some very nice and genuine staff who actually remember how their customers like their order. I like the diversity in the store. Our favorite is the afternoon crew (the ones who fulfills our orders between 245pm and 330pm.“

“The people were friendly. My daughter wanted a Beyond Burger, and the cashier asked if it was a good burger because she wanted to try it. The service was quick and we enjoyed what we tried there. This Tim Hortons is located in the Mayfair Shopping Centre Food Court.“
“I just wanted to shoutout Josh from this location. Yesterday, one of his co-workers mis-heard me in the drive through (and tbh wasn’t very kind about it and was certain I ordered wrong… I can hear you even in my car lol). I was charged for food I didn’t order and the total was $$$. After I tapped my card, I realized the order was wrong. Josh did the MOST for me. The register machine wouldn’t refund me and Josh was willing to try everything before alternative options (like a gift card). Josh + the co-worker with a beard… legends! Your costumer service skills are top-notch and deserve some recognition.“

“I have never reviewed a Tim Horton's before. Whoever manages this store needs to give Jenny a raise. I have never seen someone manage to be intense, effective, professional, and clear all while remaining so personable and lovely. I would drive an extra 10 mins to be served by her than a different TH. Hopefully the store manager knows what they have and her pay is competitive.“
