Service is good, food is decent. One thing that is definitely off putting is the tipping expectations. The suggested tips on the machine begin at 18% and get totally ridiculous after that. I've never had a problem tipping 15% for average or 20% for excellent service, but the tipping expectations in some restaurants has gotten obscene lately. Annoyed that we got an automatic 18% tip added to our bill because we were a party of 5. I can understand 8 or more but 5?! There wasn't any signage of this anywhere that I saw. Would have tipped this anyways, just hate that it was taken out of my hands. If you're going to add mandatory tip amounts, just raise prices and don't allow tipping, it's the same thing.And listen, if you're going to do this, the tip HAS to be on the PRE-TAX AMOUNT. The food is always fresh and delicious.We love it all. So sad that the Langford location change the name and the menu, it was our favourite place to eat.Last time we took a take out from the Victoria location, delicious as usual.
