Wildfire Bakery is my go-to place to get a tasty vegan sandwich ? and some of their sourdough breads. The Nanaimo bars are a personal favourite. I appreciate their array of vegan treats, including the shortbreads half-dipped in chocolate, pumpkin loafs, chocolate chip cookies, among others never fail to impress. This lil gem of a bakery has been a personal favourite for eons. It offers us beautiful quality breads, cookies, tarts, soups, etc - pure deliciousness without fail ?. I LOVE their sourdough bread & rustic apple tart. ?

A Victoria institution, unique and amazing enough that if you’re visiting the island, you should absolutely go out of your way to visit, and walk the North Park area. The exterior and Mason street is packed with awesome graffiti. For ordering: recommend the ham & cheese sandwich which has jaw dropping flavor combinations of sweet, savoury & spicy; the breakfast danish and a finale treat: the blueberry custard tart. ❤️
