Always high quality experience at Araxi in every way. The first of the season halibut sells out in the first sitting at 5pm for a reason.Kid-friendliness: Best kids menu with a 3 oz fillet steak according to my 9 year old

I cannot overstate how delightful our evening at Araxi Restaurant was. Right from the outset, our server Kim exuded professionalism and attentiveness. We had booked a table for four for an early dinner and were promptly served a bottle of Rosso Montalcino, an exquisite Italian red wine, just after placing our entrée orders. For starters, we indulged in the North Arm Farm Beet Salad, featuring Pemberton radicchio, honey pearls, farmhouse goat cheese, fennel emulsion, and toasted hazelnuts, alongside the Kale Caesar Salad and Hamachi Sashimi with spicy miso yuzu dressing, jalapeno pepper, and toasted sesame oil.Our main courses were equally impressive, with highlights including Birch Syrup Roasted Venison Loin, Yarrow Meadows Duck Breast, and Miso-Marinated BC Sablefish. To cap off our fantastic meal, we savored two delectable desserts: the Araxi Lemon Tart, boasting baked lemon curd in a sweet pastry crust, creme fraiche ice cream, (no picture) and preserved raspberry coulis, and the Black Forest Gateau, featuring dark and white chocolate mousse, flourless chocolate cake, brandied cherries, and chantilly cream. To accompany our desserts, my friend and I enjoyed a glass of Elephant Island Framboise, adding an extra layer of decadence to the experience.Without a doubt, Araxi Restaurant in Whistler deserves a spot on your dining itinerary. Every visit promises culinary excellence and impeccable service, leaving us consistently impressed and thoroughly satisfied. Don't forget to make reservations - place is very popular!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant's entrance appears to be easily accessible

Came here with my boyfriend. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We ordered oysters which were delicious, and were served bread. I absolutely loved the squid pasta and he enjoyed his salmon entree too! Great atmosphere. Expensive but very worth

Wonderful fine dining experience within the heart of Whistler Village. Their drinks, food, and service is nothing short of spectacular and they accommodated our large party quite wonderfully with patience and thoroughness. I especially enjoyed the scallops and we even had to order more because we couldn’t get enough. Portions are well sized and the drinks are both innovative and delicious. Araxi will definitely be a planned dinner stop for future visits!

In a culinary galaxy far, far away, nestled in the heart of Whistler, lies a fine dining establishment that transcends mere meals and ascends to the realm of culinary artistry. Much like the meticulous construction of the Death Star, each dish at this gastronomic oasis is crafted with precision and passion, leaving diners in awe of the culinary mastery at play.Just as the Death Star was meticulously designed with every detail accounted for, from its imposing exterior to its intricate inner workings, so too are the dishes at this restaurant meticulously composed, with every element carefully curated to create a harmonious and unforgettable dining experience. From the first bite to the last, diners are taken on a journey through flavor and texture, much like the exhilarating journey through the trenches of the Death Star. Each dish is a testament to the chef's skill and creativity, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the culinary world.Just as the Death Star was a marvel of engineering, so too are the dishes at this restaurant a marvel of culinary innovation. With every bite, diners are transported to new heights of gastronomic delight, leaving them with memories that will linger long after the meal has ended. In this culinary universe, dining is not simply a necessity, but an experience to be savored and cherished.

Did apres and dinner on two different days. Apres was great. Some of the best fondue I’ve had in a while and would have had five stars. Dinner was ok, certainly nothing spectacular and I will only remember the fondue from the day before. Service was good and I’d like to try it again. But not my best meal.

We were looking for a nice meal on our last night. Geoff was a brilliant server and just really made the experience top notch. We will be back.

Very class, upmarket restaurant right in the middle of Whistler. Definitely book ahead as they are popular. Is a bit on the pricy end but you get what you pay for, great service and amazing food.

We went here after the day of skiing, got chairs by the bar. The bartender was really nice but seemed too stretched between all clients. Everything was delicious, but takes a long time to bring order.
