Lunch and Apres ski restaurant bar at the base of Whistler village gondola. You can ski in/out or take stairs /elevator up from skiiers plaza. Better fare than typical ski lodge and nice booths and seating. Ofcourse it's expensive for what it is , you're at a ski resort!
5/5 for service, atmosphere and convenience. Mostly 5/5 for apres food, except for the butter chicken poutine. The recipe was changed over the last year from using chicken chunks to shredded chicken (probably to modularize the recipe for chicken vs no meat), which has significantly deteriorated the taste of the dish. My buddy and I were disappointed when we had it during our trip this year. I would ask that you change the recipe back so GLC can be the first restaurant we visit...read full review
