Had a wonderful midday snack here today. Enjoyed the Banh Mi with pork (super fresh ingredients and the roll was perfectly toasted.). The iced tea hit the spot, too. Will be my go-to local place for banh mi when I get a craving. I'm usually here for their coffee and pastries, but today I wanted a savory.
I have been meaning to check this place out for an embarrassingly long time. Well today was the day, and I'm sorry I didn't go sooner! I had an iced mocha which was perfectly mocha-y and a green coconut pandan bun which was so so good. The bun was fluffy and slightly sweet, and the coconut filling was amazing. This will definitely become a new regular spot for me (I'm already craving another pandan bun!)

"Jay's Coffee Teas and Treats" is a small cafe in Alameda's Morton Station. They offer coffee, teas, sandwiches and bakery items. It's a very neatly organized place, with small tables inside. I was there thirty minutes before closing, and the lady made an effort to fill orders. I ordered a large coffee. They were sold out, so she made the coffee fresh for me.
