Food is ok. I think the food is pretty dry. I think it can be better. The drinks though is buy 3 get one free. Water is 50 cents. The only thing I think is actually good would be the fried chicken. Second time here and I would personally not come back.
The BBQ Alliance's skewers all use iron skewers to ensure the texture and taste of the skewers. The spicy beef tendon is slightly salty, but the taste of mutton and beef is very authentic and the taste is pure. The lamb soup is generous in portion and great value for money. The price is fair and cost-effective. Especially recommend their crispy chicken bones and chicken skin, the taste is superb. Overall it's a bit salty, but the barbecue is heavy.

I used to live in Shenyang and spent time traveling around the Dongbei region. This place has the best skewers and northern BBQ I've had in America. Most skewer spots in America are very mediocre, but this is legit. I've brought Northeastern friends here and they agree.
