I took my daughter and I todayy to this cute Vietnamese Joint where it was joint by lee sandwiches on valley blvd. The bang beo ( rice noodle individual small plates coated with dry shrimp ) was delicious and tasteful . My naughtier finshed all of them . I had the Kobe beef pho and it was delicious . I finished the entire bowl and can stil taste the fresh noodles .. i will definitely be back to try all the other rust stuff that's looks yummy on the menu
A cool cloudy morning led us here for the warm embrace of pho. The inviting diner interior vibe looks like it can seat maybe 40. I ordered the #10, rare beef, flank, and tendon. I liked that culantro was one of the herbs to add to the beefy broth, something I haven't seen in the half dozen other pho places I've eaten in the area. Their pho soup is spot on and the portions are good. I think they're closed due to the covid-19 outbreak so no takeout but will come back when they open again. Fairly priced, service is ok (not expecting much), and food is good which makes it worthwhile.
