2/18/24: 4.5/5Probably the best handmade dumplings and noodles I’ve had so far in LA and as good as most of the good local shops I’ve been to in China and Asia. Dumplings are hand made and kept in cold storage until cooked to order. Noodles are batched for dough and then rolled and hand cut fresh to order. You kitchen was an interesting experience. You walk in and sit down and order your food through an iPad. Our food took longer than expected but that’s OK. It’s only a few people working there. The sesame pizza was excellent, the dinner star! The beef pocket and cilantro fish dumplings were delicious. I would skip the veggie dumplings, they were very bland.
