Staff was nice and place was clean. Staff had trouble understanding order. Forgot some of our order. The spice level hot was not hot at all. Cilantro rice was not flavorful or the chowder. The fries had a good mayo dip. Price was reasonable.
I am very impressed with the cook here. I didn't come to get messy, I saw they had a garlic noodle with prawns and stopped in to give it a try. I started with the crab puffs, which were cooked perfectly. The outer pastrie was crisp, airy, and the inside packed with flavor.
