This is a three star restaurant in that you don't want it to get more famous because the lines and wait would be even longer. Been here and took to go 4 times now and would have to say--shrimp is big, skin is fresh, and food is consistently good. Constantly in motion, the staff try their best to fulfill your order but I think for some reason har gow is their Achilles heel--meaning that you would be lucky if your order comes first or within 30 minutes. Lol My friend found this place for a more kid friendly setting compared to shabu shabu for our new year's gathering. This place offers traditional dim sum dishes during lunch. The interior is spacious. We ordered a variety of dishes (ha-gow, su-mai, tofu skin wrapped veggie rolls, porridge, etc) and for me the pig pig bun with the yam filling stood out the most. The filling was warm and sweet but not too sweet. The shape and color also looked like purple yams! You can expect good quality traditional dim sum dishes here. Service could have been better.
