Personally I had no issues with the food itself or the service when I visited last month with two friends. The chicken biryani I ordered was great as were the samosas. However, I don't understand why I keep receiving texts from the business late in the evening complaining that the waiters don't receive tips. Great food at Yantra Kitchen. I LOVE their Baingan Bhartha! It is different than other places as there is more of a smoky taste to their Baingan Bhartha, which I really enjoyed. Here are the other items we ordered: - Pakoras (good) gotta eat it with the Mint Chutney and Tamarind sauces - Garlic Naan (always delicious) - Ocean King Prawns (ok, I don't think I would order it again) - Chai (really good, but no free refills) Interior was clean and modern. Excellent authentic Indian food with great service. Been here twice so far. Perfect spot if going to the Cerritos Performing Arts Center. Definitely get the chicken poutine appetizer! I also lived there lamb chops and the lamb curry! The ice cream was a homemade treat and very creamy! Can't wait to go back!
