I can't believe I have never tried Brooks Ranch until now. I figured it was to expensive, and had the same old boring food. My first time was about 2 weeks ago and I've been back twice since lol. The Ribs are out of this world tender juicy and the BBQ sauce is perfectly sweet. The Texas buger...OMG I could only eat half. Love this place. Everything made from scratch. The food is delicious and the people that work here are very friendly and welcoming. I do miss the salad bar though, hope they bring it back!Worth my drive from Stockton?
